Patents are granted special rights by the State to the inventor for his invention in the technology field (can be either process or outcome or completion of production and process development or production), for during a given period to own inventions or giveconsent to others to carry it out.

Used as a trademark notices of a commercial product or service that has been registeredon the National Patent Office. Exclusive rights of a registered trademark owned willcontinue along that trade mark in re-register by the owner on a regular basis (usually every 5 years). So this symbol when pinned trademarks are registered officially.

For brands that have been registered locally to be recognized internationally then it must beregistered in other countries it is intended that the brand has also received legal protectionin the country concerned, and vice versa for international brands in the register should alsoin Indonesia. For in Indonesia in the register at the Directorate of Intellectual Property Rightsunder the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights while abroad depends on the departmentrelating for example if the U.S. was under the Department of Commerce.
